Terms of Service

1. Service provider

CSV Stock Comparator (the “Service”) is a web application owned and operated by SlimFit Apps (“we”, “us”, “SlimFit Apps”).

2. Service description

CSV Stock Comparator is a SaaS tool that lets users upload two CSV files and automatically compare records by SKU, showing quantity discrepancies. The Service is available in two tiers:

• Free plan: up to 3 comparisons per day, up to 500 rows displayed per comparison, no history.
• Pro plan: unlimited comparisons and rows, full history, CSV export, priority support.

3. User account

Some features require registration. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service with an account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and payment

The Pro plan is billed through Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Lemon Squeezy processes payments, issues invoices, and calculates applicable VAT based on your location.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, individuals using the Service for personal purposes have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving reasons.

However, by accessing Pro features before the 14-day period expires and giving explicit consent at the time of purchase, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of that Directive.

6. Acceptable use

You may only use the Service for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:

• Processing third-party data without their consent
• Attempting unauthorised access to servers or other users' accounts
• Automated mass requests (scraping, bot traffic)
• Distributing malware via uploaded files
• Violating applicable data protection law when processing files

7. Intellectual property

All software, design, algorithms, documentation, and content of the Service are owned by SlimFit Apps or its licensors. Use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights over these materials.

CSV files you upload remain your property. Processing your files does not assign us any ownership rights over the content of those files.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any express or implied warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The accuracy of comparison results depends entirely on the quality, completeness, and correctness of the input CSV files you upload. We do not warrant and are not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of results for any business purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SlimFit Apps shall not be liable for:

• Business losses arising from decisions made based on comparison results
• Loss of revenue, profit, data, or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
• Errors arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrectly formatted input files
• Temporary unavailability of the Service due to maintenance or technical issues

SlimFit Apps' total liability to you shall in no event exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months or €100 (one hundred euros), whichever is greater.

The limitations in this section do not apply to damages caused by SlimFit Apps' gross negligence or wilful misconduct, nor to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

9. Data processing

Collection and processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page or by sending a request to support@csvstockcomparator.com.

We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms or a legal obligation.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, together with relevant European Union regulations on digital services where applicable.

Consumers in the EU/EEA have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. Please contact us at legal@slimfitapps.com as a first step.

12. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email (if you have an account) or with a clear notice on the site at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance.
